In October of 2019, The brilliant minds at Campwood Press approached us at Blink Creative Media in need of two websites, one for their long-established printing business: Campwood Press. (See our write-up of that website here), and one for their superb advertisement business: Pressing Ads.
Dale and Sarah were keen to build a professional online presence for their relatively-new business; Pressing Ads. Previously, they had little online real-estate for the company and it’s purpose.
When we took this project on, we knew the website had to hit the mark for simplicity and quality. We made use of a simple, relatively small website size, but emphasised the boldness and effectiveness of the business through the clear use of colour.
The website uses a bold and loud colour scheme of red and yellow, which also pays hommage to the old Yellow Page catalogue that was once delivered as an archive for local businesses, which has since become an online website serving the same subscription-based purpose.
The website is built on WordPress, and makes use of a maintained and updated gallery for each area of advertisment. Each gallery displays the paid advertisments for local businesses, and is randomly ordered on each page-load.
The team at Campwood were very pleased with our work on this project, and often recommend us to their customers.
