Our client was spending money on Google CPC Ads and seeing no return. We were contacted to audit and address their digital ad campaigns to produce a workable solution that would see greater returns.
We audited the brand and campaigns, concluding that as well as the advertisements not being set up properly, there was a real issue with brand perception which would ultimately limit the click-through rate and success of the campaigns.
To solve this, we defined a new brand system and created a new identity which played to the strength in a refined, simple name such as ‘LUCO’. The identity is primarily typographic, with additional use of hand-drawn pictograms to inform meaning.
We adopted a simple and catchy slogan “call LUCO” which can be used in all marketing collateral as well as digital ads.
Vehicle graphics were also a going concern for the client so we completed these too. Their new website closely followed this and was built primarily with lead-generation in mind.
At the start of 2022, we were approached by Hennik Group to design and aid in the production of an art book for Atos, a European manufacturing firm.
The book curates a selection of work and speaks to how Atos supports the artists in each of the sectors they work in; chemicals, aerospace, discrete, automotive and consumer packaged goods.
We designed a helpful pagination system and a creative use of Atos’ identity to promote the artists and their work, along with the steps that Atos takes to facilitate and support these industries – in particular how Atos assists in reducing waste and improving efficiency.
The result was an 84-page case-bound book with blue foil-blocked features, a testament to the high-quality manufacturing, through the use of premium printing and finishes.
We have since been kept up to date as the book was displayed in their many exhibitions across Europe, with brilliant feedback across the board.
Hennik Group and Atos were extremely pleased with the end product, and we were only too happy to assist in it’s creation.
One True Currency approached Blink to help create an identity that conveys trust and opulence pertinent in the Dubai market.
We delivered a range of solutions, including a website landing page which would help deliver information concisely and collect leads for their investment team. As part of the package we also delivered a bespoke identity including a full stationery range of letterheads, business cards, fact sheets and email signatures, along with their new logo mark and typographic language.
After maintaining an existing relationship with Lamb & Co, we were approached to design their new company brochure.
Being the first of their own company brochures since their recent restructuring and name-change, we felt that this brochure needed to make a statement and play to the strengths of their existing identity first and foremost.
We audited the existing brand materials and settled on a design language that would complement the brand mark and geometric typefaces in use. We wanted to help improve the design and print values of the brand, by selecting premium Antalis paper stock and printing with metallic gold Pantones to showcase the Lamb & Co brand in all it’s glory.
Through the design process, we created a new typographic system that could be implemented in future collateral.
Lamb & Co were pleased with the result and the brochures have proved to be a hit in building their brand authority locally.
After some in-depth discussions with the client, we agreed the best approach for this project would be to create a strong typographic identity alongside a website. Using clear messages with an informative tone, gives the products a higher-end, secure feel.
The logo is built by taking a basic pedal shape (T) and creating a clamp around it which turns to create the ‘ED’. This is then joined with the rest of the logotype, set in a strong condensed typeface with a system of key lines and colour bars to inform structure within designs.
The logo and brand language work across both digital and print, and has enabled Pedlock to start successfully selling units.
The Dance Off crew are kicking off 2023 with one of their largest events yet and needed help on delivering event signage and promotional merchandise in-time for their event in February.
We saw an opportunity to refine their existing materials and design them a new identity.
Our team carefully considered existing materials and past events, along with the overall genre of their events to produce a simple but effective new look, packed with character and attitude. Their new logo encompasses the strength and action in their promotions; ‘DO’. This helped us clarify a new language to reinforce their marketing and promotions with straight-forward and authoritative phrases ‘DO the dance off competition’; ‘DO Dance Off Session No 6’.
In-line with their new identity, we also released a simple but effective website, a handful of flyer designs, promotional pieces, branded merchandise, light boxes and social graphics.
